Training is part of my roles and responsibilities but i love it when the trainer gets to be trained by a trainer.Thanks Hazviperi Betty Makoni, for being my mentor.Can`t wait to train GEV staff on the child protection law,Equality and Diversity policy and others.

Brief Profile of Ekenia Chifamba

Ekenia Chifamba, National Administrator also in charge of GCN Human Resources issues .She holds a Bcom in human resources, Higher national Diploma in ICT and Administration and a National diploma in Human resources management .An experienced banker in the fraud section under Administration registered with the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe .She is the only young woman with Level 1 GCN certificate, a clear sign she has gone through GCN mentorship and passed. She is very willing and able learner hence the organization is rest assured that policies and procedures are adhered to in all circumstances. She has demonstrated ability to lead even in programming activities as proven in her representation of the organization at the World Childrens Prize Award ceremony in Sweden (April 2011). One thing not academic in her but very critical for her role is that her biggest enemy is anything dirty and so GCN assets are in good hands
