We want our website to be accessible for everybody. The information here will help you make changes to your computer to make browsing easier. You can also find out how we’re making working with us simpler for you.
We’re always looking for ways to make our websites and online services easier to use. Where possible, we follow the guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
Finding your way around
We try to design our websites so it’s easy for you to find the information you need. If you get stuck, you’ll find help pages, site maps and contacts pages in most of our sites.
Quick Access
Most web browsers go directly to specific links when certain combinations of keys are pressed (access keys). For Windows, this is done by pressing Alt+ access key (for Internet Explorer the Enter key must be pressed as well). For Macintosh, this is done by pressing Ctrl+ access key.
